About the Role
This is a 1099 commission only position, and if you meet certain goals and standards, there is an opportunity to become a Senior Homebuying Specialist and transition into a full-time, full-benefits, salary plus commission employee.
You'll be trained on how to solve problems in person and over the phone, how to use Salesforce & DocuSign, how to communicate with teammates, how to estimate repairs, how to underwrite homes, how to use principles to become consistent, and how to fill out contracts and buy houses.
We arrange appointments within a convenient radius of your location, and when not attending appointments you'll be speaking with sellers over the phone.
Goal Oriented Compensation is $100,000+
Requirements
Real Estate experience is not required.
2+ years Sales Experience is required.
Reliable, Presentable Transportation is Required.
High School Diploma
Sales experience in Building Materials preferred.
